Why we built Occupancy

Every property in the short term rental industry needs a PMS that is clear, reliable, and worth the investment. We saw that many PMS solutions were either too expensive for what they offered, or affordable but lacking in service and support. We wanted to build something different: a PMS with the right systems, data, reports, and features to help property owners and managers get the most from their properties.
